Staff are super pleasant and professional, best prices for ounces in the city. They have a good loyalty program supporting local businesses too, definitely one of my favorite weed stores in town.
Paid for order online, cashier said it didn't go through, made me pay again. Left my info multiple times, owner finally got back almost a week later saying he needs to see my entire banking statement, which is far too excessive.
Scammers
I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Life Cannabis today. When I entered the store, I saw the staff member was treating another customer very nicely smiling, friendly, and welcoming. However, when it was my turn, her attitude completely changed. She became cold, rude, and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start.
My American Express card got declined on tap, which can happen sometimes. Instead of handling it politely, she said in a rude tone, "everyone else gets accepted, yours declined." I tried another card on my phone and it also didn't go through. When I said I would use my physical card, she still acted arrogantly. The payment eventually worked, but her behavior throughout was unnecessary and disrespectful.
I've had a better experience at this store before with another staff member, so I know good customer service is possible here. Unfortunately, this visit felt completely different. I hope management addresses this, because customers should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism every time.
Great place saddly they changed thier web site, made it impossible to complete online orders thefefore negating the discount for on line orders.
Great little store, super stoked they had my favs from 1SPLIFF!
