| I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Life Cannabis today. When I entered the store, I saw the staff member was treating another customer very nicely smiling, friendly, and welcoming. However, when it was my turn, her attitude completely changed. She became cold, rude, and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. My American Express card got declined on tap, which can happen sometimes. Instead of handling it politely, she said in a rude tone, "everyone else gets accepted, yours declined." I tried another card on my phone and it also didn't go through. When I said I would use my physical card, she still acted arrogantly. The payment eventually worked, but her behavior throughout was unnecessary and disrespectful. I've had a better experience at this store before with another staff member, so I know good customer service is possible here. Unfortunately, this visit felt completely different. I hope management addresses this, because customers should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism every time. | ||
