Paid for order online, cashier said it didn't go through, made me pay again. Left my info multiple times, owner finally got back almost a week later saying he needs to see my entire banking statement, which is far too excessive.

Canna Cabana is by far one of the most disorganized retail outlets in Canada, not just in the Cannabis sector.
From a lack of adequate staffing to extremely poor operations, staff cutting eachother off, website that doesn't work half the time, orders organized by price are just a few things wrong with this organization.
This is not a location specific issue - when I visited Canna Cabana in other cities, these problems followed. This is a problem with executive management.
