| I go to both J Co locations frequently, the staff are amazing (especially Justin on Arthur Street!) They are often first to get new products and they have a huge store full of great stuff. Membership is free and 15% discounts pile up quickly, there's no hidden fees or "elite memberships" like some places in town . Mostly I like the staff because the employees here are genuinely Happy at their jobs. Keep rocking J Co. | ||

| I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. This Is the worst weed store in Thunder Bay by far. The service is beyond terrible, they make you wait in the entrance forever before letting you in (I understand I.d required but have someone at the door like literally everywhere else that requires i.d.) it's terrible customer service to have people waiting in the doorway while you can hear the staff talking away to each other about their personal lives and not helping you. You also can't buy certain products here unless you buy an "elite" membership. Glassware or infusers for example require a paiid membership. So these scammers actually try to make you pay money just to spend money. The rude unprofessional staff (who obviously hate their jobs) also won't tell you this "elite membership " garbage until you get to the register. The parking lots a nightmare and the staff treat you like dirt under their shoes. Honestly shop anywhere else. No membership required. | ||
