Been coming here since they had their old location manny is always helpful when I come in helping me choose what to get. Very knowledgeable about everything from pre rolls to carts and edibles!
literally my one stop shop for anything cannibis related. great customer service all around (my favourite interactions are with the brown guy at the front; his personability and genuine magnetism make the transactions go super smooth)
they'll often even suggest better strains or deals which in a few instances really helped out. 11/10 location
Thank you Trey for helping me decide which flavours to get! 🙌 Store was super clean and I loved the big screen showing everything they have available. Coming all the way from the Vaughan area but honestly I really like this location :) Whenever I come eat Korean food nearby, I'll always stop by here 🫢
I've been a loyal customer of Highlife Cannabis at Steeles and Yonge for two years, visiting almost monthly. Unfortunately, my experience today was deeply disappointing. I asked a staff member—tall, slender, with long hair and glasses—three times if they had a tablet for browsing the pre-rolls. Despite my polite, repeated requests, he didn't respond until the third time. When I finally asked about a specific pre-roll, he rudely shouted the price in a completely aggressive manner—cupping his hands over his mouth and yelling as if he were in a stadium. This was wildly unprofessional and completely out of line. Even after this, I remained calm and asked if he was okay. Sadly, this was the worst customer service I've ever had, and I will no longer be shopping here. I will be following up with the manager once the store is open. I hope they address this behavior, but I can't recommend this branch to anyone based on today's experience.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this store. One of my friends, when asking about the price a second time, was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. The salesperson, who was tall, with long hair and glasses, raised their hand and shouted, which upset us greatly. We believe that the customer is always right and should be treated with respect, but this behavior was completely unacceptable. We will no longer shop here, and I have also told my friends not to buy from a place that does not show us respect. I kindly request that the manager take action to reprimand this person and ensure they learn proper behavior and receive training on how to treat customers. This behavior is not professional.
