| Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this store. One of my friends, when asking about the price a second time, was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. The salesperson, who was tall, with long hair and glasses, raised their hand and shouted, which upset us greatly. We believe that the customer is always right and should be treated with respect, but this behavior was completely unacceptable. We will no longer shop here, and I have also told my friends not to buy from a place that does not show us respect. I kindly request that the manager take action to reprimand this person and ensure they learn proper behavior and receive training on how to treat customers. This behavior is not professional. | ||
