worst experiences at this store tonight.
I walked in around 9:20 PM and simply asked for the products I wanted. There were two women behind the counter. I handed my ID to one of them, but she didn't even bother to actually look at it before saying she wasn't going to provide me with service. I literally had to ask her to please look at my ID properly because she hadn't even checked it properly. She still refused.
I then asked the other employee—the skinny blonde woman—because she has sold me products before. Instead of explaining anything, she rudely refused as well. No explanation, just an attitude.
What doesn't make any sense is that one day I'm apparently allowed to buy products, and another day I'm refused by the exact same employees. If there's a legitimate reason, explain it instead of treating customers like they're an inconvenience.
The way these two employees handled the situation was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I genuinely don't like leaving negative reviews because the rest of the staff have always been friendly, respectful, and helpful. This review is only about the experience I had with these two people tonight.
And to make it even worse, I had to travel all the way there just to encounter these two weirdos. Especially that close to closing time, it was a complete waste of my trip. I then had to pay for a taxi to get to another store just to buy the products I wanted.

Bad customer service .. went to the shop on Monday 8 June in between 1 to 2 pm … normally the staff always good but today it was not a great experience at all.. I bought pre rolls ( shreadX heavies ) opened the pack in front of the representative name - ERIC , the pre rolls were not in good shape as the stuff was leaked from them . Asked him politely to replace it as according to policy but he lied that I can only returns vapes or pens but then I showed him the policy in written which is always stays on the cash counter… then he tried to convince me that these pre rolls are fine . As I buy these pre rolls all the time so I also know which is the good shape … Just upset. Maybe it's happened bc I am an Indian immigrant..
Fatmac - bad product. Effects didn't last. Bought on recommendation from budtender should have went with animal runts. the two products are not even comparable.
review of redecan - "should've never been recommending redecan to be quite honest, they do not make good stuff, not for the price, and they don't really do anything specifically exotic or hard to find for a similar price point at a higher quality with other less known brands.
Redecan only still succeeds because the same people who started smoking in 2018 still haven't educated themselves. Redecan is a brand for the unaware or inexperienced consumer, please stop perpetuating this cycle."
