| worst experiences at this store tonight. I walked in around 9:20 PM and simply asked for the products I wanted. There were two women behind the counter. I handed my ID to one of them, but she didn't even bother to actually look at it before saying she wasn't going to provide me with service. I literally had to ask her to please look at my ID properly because she hadn't even checked it properly. She still refused. I then asked the other employee—the skinny blonde woman—because she has sold me products before. Instead of explaining anything, she rudely refused as well. No explanation, just an attitude. What doesn't make any sense is that one day I'm apparently allowed to buy products, and another day I'm refused by the exact same employees. If there's a legitimate reason, explain it instead of treating customers like they're an inconvenience. The way these two employees handled the situation was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I genuinely don't like leaving negative reviews because the rest of the staff have always been friendly, respectful, and helpful. This review is only about the experience I had with these two people tonight. And to make it even worse, I had to travel all the way there just to encounter these two weirdos. Especially that close to closing time, it was a complete waste of my trip. I then had to pay for a taxi to get to another store just to buy the products I wanted.
