| Bad customer service .. went to the shop on Monday 8 June in between 1 to 2 pm … normally the staff always good but today it was not a great experience at all.. I bought pre rolls ( shreadX heavies ) opened the pack in front of the representative name - ERIC , the pre rolls were not in good shape as the stuff was leaked from them . Asked him politely to replace it as according to policy but he lied that I can only returns vapes or pens but then I showed him the policy in written which is always stays on the cash counter… then he tried to convince me that these pre rolls are fine . As I buy these pre rolls all the time so I also know which is the good shape … Just upset. Maybe it's happened bc I am an Indian immigrant.. | ||
