(22)Whoever was working early this afternoon (dark and red coloured hair) was INCREDIBLE.
From the second I walked through the doors. She not only remembered me, and my personal preferences, she was also so friendly and kind.
Honestly the BEST customer service I have had in a very long time.
That goes SUCH a long way for me, because don't know what has happened but I have been getting the worst customer service from just about everywhere now. It's such an enormous part of sales and customer retention. It's so valuable, and I don't mean to sound like a boomer, but it's just deteriorating at such an incredible rate.
Good for you for making customer service a priority in your hiring.
This person I dealt with was gifted in this skill, and is such an asset to your company,
Girl you are definitely going places, keep it up!
I love the girls (and boys ) that work here ! They always very happy and professional when they help you ! And they go out of there way to help you ! Huge shout out to Kyla who introduced me to a vape then set me up completely!! Even went out of her way for accessories ❤️🧡
And Piper for just being her ❤️
You have a amazing staff and should be proud !
Great girls working here, knowledgeable, friendly and understood the assignment! Local gems like this will always have me coming back when I'm in town. Thanks ladies! 🙏🏼💚
Kyla is the best employee I have delt with here. She is very kind and efficient with what she does. See is very knowledgeable about the product. Even looks into how they grow it for me. I have never left unhappy when she is there.
I had to update my review.
Everyone is just so nice, and so helpful every time I come in.
What happened to me that night may not have been the best, but I feel bad now for being so critical.
And it's only for this one reason that I do this. The staff. They just don't deserve a one star rating. The good has truly outdone the bad.
So I retract!

Tried to enter your store during business hours and the doors were locked and the open sign was turned off. I'll admit it. I'm a jerk and I was there six minutes to close, but I've never had this issue before in your store (Haley and Michy and Kaylee have helped me when I come late, and have been super helpful and awesome even though I've been in there late.)
Your employees completely ignored me when I was trying to enter your business, and when I tried calling, they ignored my call as well.
Don't say you're open till 11 if you're not open till 11.
That was a complete waste of my time first of all, and second of all after all these years of choosing your business over all the others in town, this kind of treatment is very, very disappointing. To the point of me, leaving a bad review and I hate leaving bad reviews.
Jerk or not, you should be available to help your customers within the time that you are listed as being open for business ,no matter what the time is.
I knew exactly what I wanted. It would've been a two second transaction now I don't even want to come back and support you guys.
Edit: all feelings ..
