Whoever was working early this afternoon (dark and red coloured hair) was INCREDIBLE.
From the second I walked through the doors. She not only remembered me, and my personal preferences, she was also so friendly and kind.
Honestly the BEST customer service I have had in a very long time.
That goes SUCH a long way for me, because don't know what has happened but I have been getting the worst customer service from just about everywhere now. It's such an enormous part of sales and customer retention. It's so valuable, and I don't mean to sound like a boomer, but it's just deteriorating at such an incredible rate.
Good for you for making customer service a priority in your hiring.
