| I had to update my review. Everyone is just so nice, and so helpful every time I come in. What happened to me that night may not have been the best, but I feel bad now for being so critical. And it's only for this one reason that I do this. The staff. They just don't deserve a one star rating. The good has truly outdone the bad. So I retract! ——————- Tried to enter your store during business hours and the doors were locked and the open sign was turned off. I'll admit it. I'm a jerk and I was there six minutes to close, but I've never had this issue before in your store (Haley and Michy and Kaylee have helped me when I come late, and have been super helpful and awesome even though I've been in there late.) Your employees completely ignored me when I was trying to enter your business, and when I tried calling, they ignored my call as well. Don't say you're open till 11 if you're not open till 11. That was a complete waste of my time first of all, and second of all after all these years of choosing your business over all the others in town, this kind of treatment is very, very disappointing. To the point of me, leaving a bad review and I hate leaving bad reviews. Jerk or not, you should be available to help your customers within the time that you are listed as being open for business ,no matter what the time is. I knew exactly what I wanted. It would've been a two second transaction now I don't even want to come back and support you guys. Edit: all feelings .. | ||
