Great friendly staff and they always have my products in stock also love the late hours of being open.
I'm genuinely sorry, but this was one of the worst dispensary experiences I've had. I'd rather smoke a wet sock soaked in bong water than come back here.
My friend went in to buy a cart, and the cashier processed the purchase before even showing him the brand. Turns out he was given Back Forty, which anyone who knows, knows it's pretty bottom-tier. At the very least, you could've offered something better like an XPLORER cart like seriously?
When he realized and politely asked to switch it right away, he was told there were no exchanges or refunds since "nothing was wrong" with the cart.
That's not the point. Customers should be told exactly what they're buying before the transaction is completed especially with cannabis. He tried to fix it immediately and was still refused, so now he's stuck with a cart he didn't even want.
And to make it worse, the product itself is terrible. We've been hitting it for hours and feel absolutely nothing.
Overall, bad service, poor communication, and a disappointing product. Would not recommend. Stay loyal and true to Honeypot because they have an amazing customer service and never let me down
I went to this establishment to get a dab cartridge. I went in and said that I would like a "cart", and the blonde girl working said "a cartridge?" And I said yes like a vape cartridge. So this is understood that I was asking for a cartridge, not a pack of joints. This girl hands me a little bottle thing which carts usually come in (depends on the brand) and I went to the car to check if it was leaking or anything, and it was joints! Not a cart! I was not mad or aggravated as this was a misunderstanding that could be fixed. I called the store and calmly expressed that I wanted a cartridge instead of joints. She got so heated on the phone and started accusing me and saying that it was my fault and I was the one that asked for joints and was just really hostile to me. This experience made me not want to come back again, which sucks because I live very close and I was a regular there! It also sucks because the guy who works there is really nice and has great customer service! Once with him, I had a cart that was fully leaking and walked back in and he happily took care of it with great customer service! This happened around a year ago but I thought of it and got bothered because I've never been treated like that for no reason, and I've never left a review before in my life because I usually don't care but.. wow! I don't go to this place just in case this girl is working because she always has some sort of unsettling attitude.
Polite staff and sweet selection! Shred is my go to!
