| I went to this establishment to get a dab cartridge. I went in and said that I would like a "cart", and the blonde girl working said "a cartridge?" And I said yes like a vape cartridge. So this is understood that I was asking for a cartridge, not a pack of joints. This girl hands me a little bottle thing which carts usually come in (depends on the brand) and I went to the car to check if it was leaking or anything, and it was joints! Not a cart! I was not mad or aggravated as this was a misunderstanding that could be fixed. I called the store and calmly expressed that I wanted a cartridge instead of joints. She got so heated on the phone and started accusing me and saying that it was my fault and I was the one that asked for joints and was just really hostile to me. This experience made me not want to come back again, which sucks because I live very close and I was a regular there! It also sucks because the guy who works there is really nice and has great customer service! Once with him, I had a cart that was fully leaking and walked back in and he happily took care of it with great customer service! This happened around a year ago but I thought of it and got bothered because I've never been treated like that for no reason, and I've never left a review before in my life because I usually don't care but.. wow! I don't go to this place just in case this girl is working because she always has some sort of unsettling attitude. | ||
