| I'm genuinely sorry, but this was one of the worst dispensary experiences I've had. I'd rather smoke a wet sock soaked in bong water than come back here. My friend went in to buy a cart, and the cashier processed the purchase before even showing him the brand. Turns out he was given Back Forty, which anyone who knows, knows it's pretty bottom-tier. At the very least, you could've offered something better like an XPLORER cart like seriously? When he realized and politely asked to switch it right away, he was told there were no exchanges or refunds since "nothing was wrong" with the cart. That's not the point. Customers should be told exactly what they're buying before the transaction is completed especially with cannabis. He tried to fix it immediately and was still refused, so now he's stuck with a cart he didn't even want. And to make it worse, the product itself is terrible. We've been hitting it for hours and feel absolutely nothing. Overall, bad service, poor communication, and a disappointing product. Would not recommend. Stay loyal and true to Honeypot because they have an amazing customer service and never let me down | ||
