Me and my friends Came in earlier today and I must say I'm very pleased with Scotia. She gave me the best recommendations for spinach cartridges. Definitely will be coming back.
Definitely gone downhill since the new goth girl with the attitude started working here.
I've been coming here for years and have always received great service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. On my last visit, she made my friend get out of the car (who was waiting in the car) to show ID, even though we're both 30-year-old women. It felt completely unnecessary and came across as rude.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the first negative interaction I've had with her. Every encounter has felt unfriendly and unprofessional. One employee shouldn't be enough to ruin an otherwise great customer experience, but it's becoming a recurring issue.
I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this place used to be one of my favorite places to visit
My family and I have been coming to this Cana cabana regularly for years, we have spent literally thousands at this store. It's the only place we shop for cannabis because the staff are so wonderful! Donna is AMAZING!!! Love love love chatting with her, for one because she's so knowledgeable but mostly because the reason we go to in person stores nowadays is to experience human interaction at the checkout. The staff hold conversation, and that's SO valuable to consumers like us! But this new management has been atrocious, I've witnessed the new manager insulting staff, and openly talking to me and other customers about how she wants to fire them all. Her management has honestly killed this stores friendliness, Cana cabana is not competing on price with chains like Value Buds so the staff were the primary reason for us to shop and she's killed the stores vibe for me completely. Won't be coming back
Amazing service! Scotia was pumped up, energetic, and even did a small dance to the music😂. The employees at this store always make the experience top notch! Great job!!!
Not gonna lie .. been frequentin this place since it opened .. day one just about every 3rd day .. last night will be the last time we EVER step foot in this store ... Donna n Gavin are the only reason to be there .. biggest mistake .. gettin rid of Reese.. why .. the customer service with the new manager .. awful .. attitude .. my fish have more personality n they swim around a tank .. the stock .. theres barely anything in the store .. sure its clean .. but I've been in the " service" industry my entire existence n honestly .. canna should be ashamed to have folk like that in thier establishment .. I live close .. the parking isn't nearly as packed if ever .. ger l wonder why .. id rather walk down to value buds than go literally next door ... figure it out canna before u lose more customers ...
There are a few others that are great .. but that lady whoever drives the Mazda... she's a mistake in ur establishment .. sorry for the truth
