| Definitely gone downhill since the new goth girl with the attitude started working here. I've been coming here for years and have always received great service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. On my last visit, she made my friend get out of the car (who was waiting in the car) to show ID, even though we're both 30-year-old women. It felt completely unnecessary and came across as rude. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first negative interaction I've had with her. Every encounter has felt unfriendly and unprofessional. One employee shouldn't be enough to ruin an otherwise great customer experience, but it's becoming a recurring issue. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this place used to be one of my favorite places to visit | ||
