| Not gonna lie .. been frequentin this place since it opened .. day one just about every 3rd day .. last night will be the last time we EVER step foot in this store ... Donna n Gavin are the only reason to be there .. biggest mistake .. gettin rid of Reese.. why .. the customer service with the new manager .. awful .. attitude .. my fish have more personality n they swim around a tank .. the stock .. theres barely anything in the store .. sure its clean .. but I've been in the " service" industry my entire existence n honestly .. canna should be ashamed to have folk like that in thier establishment .. I live close .. the parking isn't nearly as packed if ever .. ger l wonder why .. id rather walk down to value buds than go literally next door ... figure it out canna before u lose more customers ... There are a few others that are great .. but that lady whoever drives the Mazda... she's a mistake in ur establishment .. sorry for the truth | ||
