Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable experience. The employee, Holly, was blatantly rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. Her attitude showed a serious lack of respect for customers and a clear disregard for even the most basic service standards. This behavior is not only inappropriate but also reflects very poorly on the business as a whole. This is not the first time Holly has acted in this manner, and it is evident from multiple previous negative reviews that this is a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident, which is highly concerning. I felt disrespected and unwelcome throughout the entire interaction. Retaining loyal customers should be a priority, yet it is clearly being ignored here. Management must take immediate and serious action to address this ongoing issue. Until then, I will not be returning.
Went into store In Airdrie to purchase my usual 420 purchases. Last year I was given one of their memberships for free and I could shop in the whole store. This year the membership cost $25 and if I don't pay the $25 I can only shop at half the store. Upon hearing this I left. So did to other 2 shoppers. Too many places around that you don't need a membership for. I recommend not going into the store. Right Across the street has the same prices but no membership.
Was served by two lovely young ladies last night buying myself a treat for the weekend, I don't smoke infused often but they helped me grab something not to crazy but tasty and they killed it. I didn't grab their names one had dark hair the other pink hair both so friendly and smart. Pat on the back young ladies always good to see Bill and the others too!
I've been a loyal customer at canna for +5 years—the manager even signed me up for my membership when I turned 18. Despite this, I was treated with total disrespect while returning a defective 'Wild West' cartridge. The manager was condescending, gave me false info about product quality, and repeatedly questioned why I hadn't 'tested it' before driving back. Pressuring a customer to consume cannabis before driving is a massive safety and legal liability. To make it worse, corporate's response was a generic, scripted brush-off that didn't address any of my safety concerns. While staff like Bill are great, this management is driving away long-term regulars. I'm officially switching to Plantlife. Edit: I provided an alternative name to protect my identity. why put myself on blast for something canna cabana is responsible for?
