| Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable experience. The employee, Holly, was blatantly rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. Her attitude showed a serious lack of respect for customers and a clear disregard for even the most basic service standards. This behavior is not only inappropriate but also reflects very poorly on the business as a whole. This is not the first time Holly has acted in this manner, and it is evident from multiple previous negative reviews that this is a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident, which is highly concerning. I felt disrespected and unwelcome throughout the entire interaction. Retaining loyal customers should be a priority, yet it is clearly being ignored here. Management must take immediate and serious action to address this ongoing issue. Until then, I will not be returning. | ||

| I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the behavior of the store manager, Jeanette, at the McKenzie Way Southwest store location. During my recent visit, I encountered an incident that I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon approaching Jeanette with a simple inquiry about a product's availability, I was met with a dismissive attitude and curt responses that lacked basic courtesy. Despite my efforts to remain polite and patient, Jeanette's demeanor escalated to rudeness when I asked for clarification on her response. Instead of providing assistance or guidance, she raised her voice and made me feel belittled in front of other customers. This experience not only made me uncomfortable but also left a negative impression of the store's customer service standards. As a loyal customer who values respectful interactions, I believe it is crucial for management to foster an environment where all customers are treated with dignity. I hope this complaint will prompt a review of staff training protocols to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future. | ||
