I came in today for the first time, I was looking for the disposal cartridge when I got in I was brought in by a man with lots of facial piercings and lots of tattoos, and he told me that I needed to take my Id out of my wallet. He was pretty rude about it. I brushed it off and then it was my turn and he asked me to come inside then he asked me what I assumed what I was looking for when and he took the customer behind me with their ID then him and the other employee both laughed at me. I turned around and said im leaving would not recommend coming here if either of those are not working ever.
Showed the employee a picture of what I wanted and gave me the completely wrong item. Very unhappy, it was nearly three times the price of the item I wanted. I thought it was more expensive because I don't have membership, nope turns out it was because it was the wrong item and not even in the same category. I literally showed the employee a picture of the joints I wanted and he came back with a cartridge. I have no use for a cartridge. My fault for not realizing at the time but like I said before I thought the difference in price was due to membership pricing. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a dispensary
I was in Kanata this past weekend and had the chance to visit a few stores. I have to say Tokyo Smoke had the best selection of products and the best customer service by far. It was a way better than some of the other stores nearby.
