I recently placed an online order and there was an error when I went to pay. I did not receive any email about the error or order so I figured the order was not processed. I placed a second order and received a confirmation but was still unsure as both transactions were taken from my account. I called right away and they mentioned I could come in the store to get a refund(I was ordering online because I was without a car) or could wait and the refund would be processed but may take some time. After a few days I was confused because I hadn't received my refund yet. I called the shop and they said it takes 7 to 9 business days for the money to show up in my account. To me, that is a ridiculous time frame for a refund especially when the error was related to their own website. I was met with very little apologies and even less empathy. I would not recommend an online order and personally will no longer be shopping here.

I was buying for myself & husband. I wasn't sure what to get. Nadia accessed my needs quickly. She was friendly & very knowledgeable. She knows her product. I had to call later for some info & the follow up service was excellent. Thank you!
Kevin is absolutely amazing at his job, knows the brands inside out and provides valuable info on finding the perfect strain every time.
The selection is phenomenal and the service is always friendly.
Coming into this store I had the most incredible experience. The product knowledge was amazing, I wasn't sure what I wanted and they helped me figure out exactly what was best for me. Only place I'll go to from now on!
