| I recently placed an online order and there was an error when I went to pay. I did not receive any email about the error or order so I figured the order was not processed. I placed a second order and received a confirmation but was still unsure as both transactions were taken from my account. I called right away and they mentioned I could come in the store to get a refund(I was ordering online because I was without a car) or could wait and the refund would be processed but may take some time. After a few days I was confused because I hadn't received my refund yet. I called the shop and they said it takes 7 to 9 business days for the money to show up in my account. To me, that is a ridiculous time frame for a refund especially when the error was related to their own website. I was met with very little apologies and even less empathy. I would not recommend an online order and personally will no longer be shopping here. | ||
