Am delighted and grateful to have Seed & Stone Cannabis in Pitt Meadows!
Great selection of products.
Friendly, helpful staff, and prices that have led their competition to lower THEIR prices.
But, Seed & Stone Cannabis really have NO competition, as they are incredibly chill... the perfect balance of helpful and knowledgeable... while, if you just want to peruse the cases, you can do so without feeling like you are being followed.
Great vibe. Great selection of products. Great staff. Lots of nearby parking.

The pitt meadows store is the best one I have been to, and i now only go to that one exclusively. Two of the employees, Sara and Adam, are VERY knowledgable and help me find what i need, even when i didnt know what i needed or wanted. 11/10 they make every times a great time. The store would get a 5 star rating if it were not for personally witnessing a worker shooting elastics at her coworkers who were obviously not impressed or pleased by it. As well previously I have witnessed the same worker making racist comments/voice impressions.
I love this dispensary. This is not just a shop but a community hub in Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge area. I can always go to the other dispensaries closer but I choose this place every time. I love how every staff is very personal and genuine; I find it very comforting and hopeful in this cruel world. Dave, Adam, and all the ladies are very nice and kind. I really appreciate making it a pleasant shopping experience. Wish you all the best! 💖
Very unpleasant experience today. I have been shopping here for a long time. Today I called and asked about a price match for a product that was $3 cheaper at another local store. When I asked if they had any in stock, even though the website said they had two in stock, she put me on hold and in a very unconvincing voice she told me they were sold out and didn't have any in stock. I was so confident she was lying to me I got my wife to go online and order the item for pick up. 20 mins later that item was ready for up. I don't appreciate being lied to being a loyal customer. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere to a place that doesn't lie to their customers. If the owner could respond to this review I will provide more details on what employee I had a problem with.
Went in today after work (6:30 PM, May 9th) and the employee working the counter was a real prick. After purchasing a vape cart yesterday and trying it, I found the taste to be absolutely HORRIBLE (Cherry Crush by Spinach). When i asked if I could return/replace/exchange it for another I was told no, despite being told by two employees yesterday that I could. When I was upset by this I was met with attitude. "Sometimes I buy a cart that I dont like, but you just have to eat it", when I objected to the price that I paid and cannot refund or replace, I was told "I know how much they cost." When I said that I cant just "eat" the $40 I wasted on a bad product, I was then told "Well you bought it, so you can afford it." I then left the store outraged by the attitude I was given for a simple complaint, and on my way out I was finally told "You can smoke it, get high, you'll be fine." As someone who works in customer service with almost a decade of service, I would never give a customer this kind of attitude over a simple complaint. Such an unprofessional individual. Stay away from this store and this bum product.
