| Very unpleasant experience today. I have been shopping here for a long time. Today I called and asked about a price match for a product that was $3 cheaper at another local store. When I asked if they had any in stock, even though the website said they had two in stock, she put me on hold and in a very unconvincing voice she told me they were sold out and didn't have any in stock. I was so confident she was lying to me I got my wife to go online and order the item for pick up. 20 mins later that item was ready for up. I don't appreciate being lied to being a loyal customer. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere to a place that doesn't lie to their customers. If the owner could respond to this review I will provide more details on what employee I had a problem with. | ||
