I've usually had good experiences at this dispensary, which is why this situation stood out to me.
I purchased a pre-roll and walked down to the seawall before opening it. After only about 10 minutes, I opened the package and discovered there was no joint inside. I understand this was most likely a manufacturer issue and not directly the dispensary's fault, so I returned immediately to let staff know. The employee was polite and friendly, but I was disappointed that no refund, replacement, or any other resolution was offered.
I later emailed management hoping for some form of resolution, but instead of taking accountability for the customer experience, they continued to place all the blame on the manufacturer. While I understand the situation may not have been caused by the store itself, the complete lack of resolution or customer support was frustrating, especially as a regular customer.
Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I won't be returning.

As a frequent customer who visited regularly and had always had positive experiences with your team, I did not expect my honesty to be in doubt.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I simply asked for sour edibles, but due to a misunderstanding, the wrong item was given. When I politely asked to switch it, Jack became argumentative and short-tempered in front of a busy store instead of helping professionally. I've never experienced this kind of behavior in any shop before. Definitely left with a bad impression.

Stopped by Cana Cabana in Yaletown, BC and had a great experience. The store is well-organized, and has a solid selection with fair prices. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made browsing easy and relaxed.
Special shout out to Rounaq for the excellent customer service—super knowledgeable, approachable, and went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed.
