| Very disappointed with my experience today. I simply asked for sour edibles, but due to a misunderstanding, the wrong item was given. When I politely asked to switch it, Jack became argumentative and short-tempered in front of a busy store instead of helping professionally. I've never experienced this kind of behavior in any shop before. Definitely left with a bad impression. | ||
