I've been coming to this store regularly for the past two years and have never had a bad experience until today.
I visited the store at around 8:30 p.m. and was waiting in line to be served. The employee, a girl wearing glasses, skipped over me and served another customer who arrived after me. It made me feel ignored and treated unfairly. As a non-white customer, the experience left me wondering whether I was treated differently, which was very upsetting.
I spend at least $100 here every week, so this was very disappointing. I hadn't seen this employee before, so I believe she may be new. I hope the store looks into this situation because no customer should feel overlooked or disrespected.
Absolutely the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. From the second I walked in, it was obvious that customer service was the last thing on anyone's mind. The staff was cold, dismissive, and completely clueless about the products they were selling. Every question I asked was met with vague answers, blank stares, or obvious annoyance, like I was bothering them just by being there.
The store itself was a mess. Nothing was organized, shelves looked half-empty, and the products that were available didn't seem fresh or cared for at all. The whole place gave off a neglected, unprofessional vibe that made me want to leave immediately. On top of that, I waited way too long for no good reason, only to walk out feeling irritated and ripped off.
The customer service was beyond terrible. Instead of trying to help or even pretending to care, they brushed off every concern and acted like I was the problem for expecting basic respect. There was no effort, no professionalism, and no sense that they valued customers at all.
The new female staff seemed to be the root of all these issues. It felt like they had no training, no guidance, and no idea how to handle customers or keep the place running properly. Their lack of experience showed in every interaction, and it made the whole visit feel chaotic and unprofessional.
This place is a complete disappointment and a perfect example of how not to run a dispensary. There are so many better options out there with staff who actual ..
Adore this dispensary! I have been a regular since we moved last year and I'm really glad I've found my new spot. The bud tenders are all kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. This location also has a great selection of product! 10/10 experience.

Love this location! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable + prices are very fair compared to other locations I have visited. I visit frequently and the budtenders & management always make us feel welcome & go the extra mile to remember their regulars 😊
I love this shop, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Atlas always provides great service with a smile and if what I am looking for is out of stock they always have great recommendations for an alternative. I always recommend this store to all of my friends, I've never had a bad experience here.
