| Love this location! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable + prices are very fair compared to other locations I have visited. I visit frequently and the budtenders & management always make us feel welcome & go the extra mile to remember their regulars 😊 | ||

| Unbelievable management. I am an elite member who goes to many stores across the GTA with no issue so I'm certainly not someone who goes into stores looking to be mean to employees and I have a great relationship with my local store. I was not aware you charge different prices per location in the "poor areas" it's cheaper than the "richer areas" (their words not mine). After I paid I requested a refund because it is a large price difference ($30). Your main budtender was so kind and apologetic the entire time and my mother and I told him it was not his fault. I have never seen a manager have such an attitude and I have worked in customer service for over ten years. She accused me of "coming at her" (her words) because I questioned the pricing practices and if this was ethical business practices. It doesn't seem fair to me to charge different prices at other locations and not say this, this is my opinion and I said I know it is not her fault or the employees. She told me I should've known you price match at other Canna Cabana and that it says so "right in front of you" in a very rude tone at the register. When I pointed out the wording is that you price match COMPETITORS and therefore you can't expect me to know you compete within the company, she got verbally aggressive and continued to say I was "coming at her" and that I was rude and had a tone. I told her my tone was not "coming at her" but the fact my voice is shaking with anxiety and she continued to escalate .. | ||
