| Absolutely the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. From the second I walked in, it was obvious that customer service was the last thing on anyone's mind. The staff was cold, dismissive, and completely clueless about the products they were selling. Every question I asked was met with vague answers, blank stares, or obvious annoyance, like I was bothering them just by being there. The store itself was a mess. Nothing was organized, shelves looked half-empty, and the products that were available didn't seem fresh or cared for at all. The whole place gave off a neglected, unprofessional vibe that made me want to leave immediately. On top of that, I waited way too long for no good reason, only to walk out feeling irritated and ripped off. The customer service was beyond terrible. Instead of trying to help or even pretending to care, they brushed off every concern and acted like I was the problem for expecting basic respect. There was no effort, no professionalism, and no sense that they valued customers at all. The new female staff seemed to be the root of all these issues. It felt like they had no training, no guidance, and no idea how to handle customers or keep the place running properly. Their lack of experience showed in every interaction, and it made the whole visit feel chaotic and unprofessional. This place is a complete disappointment and a perfect example of how not to run a dispensary. There are so many better options out there with staff who actual .. | ||
