Wow, I'm so impressed with the service here. Dani & Declan helped me everything I needed. Incredibly clean store and product is easy to find.
My go-to store in the region
After shopping at several Canna Cabanas in the area, I have to say, I absolutely LOVE this store!! I refuse to shop at any other location because the staff here are just the sweetest ever. I usually come in during the mornings, and the redhead and the tall brunette are always so happy, welcoming, and genuinely kind... even on early Monday mornings!! Their positive energy is contagious and honestly turns my whole day around 🥹
Every time I walk in, I know I'm going to leave smiling. This location is seriously the best one by far!!
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be purchasing this product again.
As someone on the Ontario Disability Support Program, every dollar matters. This is the second time I've had an issue with this product, and spending $84 on something that doesn't work is not something I can afford—especially when that money could have gone toward essential needs like food.
The warranty offered is only two weeks, which is simply not reasonable. What happens when a product fails shortly after that period? Customers are left with no support and no solution. That reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and customer care.
Additionally, I've had multiple negative experiences at this location, including unprofessional behavior from staff, which has not been addressed. That only adds to my frustration.
At this point, I will not be returning as a customer. I may come back solely to request a refund, but beyond that, I have no confidence in the quality of these products.
Honestly, this experience has pushed me toward better alternatives. Producing things yourself often ensures higher quality and transparency—something that seems to be lacking here.
Consistently fabulous experience. The staff are knowledgeable without being pushy and always seem genuinely willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for, even when the store is busy.
Everything is well organized and clean, like- absolutely no dust anywhere, not even the floor… I checked (it's quite impressive actually). The recommendations are thoughtful, and you never feel rushed through a decision. You can tell the team really understands both the products and the regulations, which makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.
