| Consistently fabulous experience. The staff are knowledgeable without being pushy and always seem genuinely willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for, even when the store is busy. Everything is well organized and clean, like- absolutely no dust anywhere, not even the floor… I checked (it's quite impressive actually). The recommendations are thoughtful, and you never feel rushed through a decision. You can tell the team really understands both the products and the regulations, which makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Reliable, professional, always giving queenT.
