Terrible service. Bought a vape cart and within 3 days brought it back to the store because it's started to clog. I told the man when I bought the cart that I had issues with the good supply brand before and wasn't keen on trying. He assured me if there was any issues I could bring it back. The assistant manager Nandu refused to help and told me that even if I brought it back in a few days they would not return it. This cart is already clogging, he tried to tell me any cart must be preheated everytime (which wastes the distillate and is 100% not true). I will be getting in touch with the manager tomorrow also head office. They tell you one thing and refuse to stand by it. Terrible service, they need to train their staff better. I would not have bought this cart if the first salesman didn't say "if you have any issues in 7 days I'll return it for you". Not the 14 days they have on their return policy.
Visited this store with my friends and we were asked for IDs, which is completely understandable. We all showed valid IDs without any issue. However, after my friend made a light joke, the staff immediately became rude and escalated the situation instead of handling it professionally. We were told to leave the store even though we complied with their ID request.
Very disappointing customer service. Staff seemed overly aggressive and unable to handle a harmless comment maturely. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are cooperating. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from a business.
This current team is blowing my mind! I set up an account simply to give them a review. Shallen, thank you! You make it comfortable and fun buying cannabis! I hope that head office realizes what a gem they have on their hands! I will only shop here from now on! Unless she leaves, then I will go where she goes!

Bought a redecan space age ck cartridge last time and it's was nice , went in and asked if they had something stronger and the guy told me to get spinach blueberry dynamite . It doesn't even get me slightly high ! I went in to see if I can exchange and they said no. Maybe hire ppl who know the products… not happy
