| Visited this store with my friends and we were asked for IDs, which is completely understandable. We all showed valid IDs without any issue. However, after my friend made a light joke, the staff immediately became rude and escalated the situation instead of handling it professionally. We were told to leave the store even though we complied with their ID request. Very disappointing customer service. Staff seemed overly aggressive and unable to handle a harmless comment maturely. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are cooperating. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from a business. | ||
