| Terrible service. Bought a vape cart and within 3 days brought it back to the store because it's started to clog. I told the man when I bought the cart that I had issues with the good supply brand before and wasn't keen on trying. He assured me if there was any issues I could bring it back. The assistant manager Nandu refused to help and told me that even if I brought it back in a few days they would not return it. This cart is already clogging, he tried to tell me any cart must be preheated everytime (which wastes the distillate and is 100% not true). I will be getting in touch with the manager tomorrow also head office. They tell you one thing and refuse to stand by it. Terrible service, they need to train their staff better. I would not have bought this cart if the first salesman didn't say "if you have any issues in 7 days I'll return it for you". Not the 14 days they have on their return policy. | ||
