Very unprofessional on multiple occasions from multiple staff members. I work at the liqour store so I'm in the industry so I don't appreciate this.
They sold me a cartridge that shorted on multiple batteries including my own and refused to do an exchange or a refund. Then the lady who works there sold me an open battery that appears to be used by staff members with no box due to the cartridge being shorted and "didnt want to sell me something that wouldn't work" (it's the cartridge btw not the multiple batteries). Then proceed to put her grubby little paws all over the tip of the open vape that she wouldn't let me exchange or return. Very gross and unprofessional.
Multiple issues now at this store. Will NOT be coming back. Take your money to the literally 1000 other cannabis shops in the area.
Great atmosphere at this shop, staff are very knowledgeable, and what a huge selection of vapes, they carry allot of brands I have been trying to find at a reasonable price.
Zero customer service. The manager was rude, dismissive, and handled a simple conversation with attitude. I mentioned I was going to a friend's house and wanted to pick up something specific because he likes a certain product, and she instantly responded by saying she couldn't sell to me if I was buying for someone else. In Alberta, adults 18+ can legally purchase cannabis from licensed retailers, and adults may share under 30 grams with another adult, so her reaction came off as unnecessarily hostile.
A professional employee would have explained the policy politely instead of acting irritated and talking down to a customer. I was also buying for myself, but she made assumptions right away and turned the whole interaction into a bad experience. If this is how management treats people, I won't be coming back. ( negative infinity star rating to the customer service)
