| Very unprofessional on multiple occasions from multiple staff members. I work at the liqour store so I'm in the industry so I don't appreciate this. They sold me a cartridge that shorted on multiple batteries including my own and refused to do an exchange or a refund. Then the lady who works there sold me an open battery that appears to be used by staff members with no box due to the cartridge being shorted and "didnt want to sell me something that wouldn't work" (it's the cartridge btw not the multiple batteries). Then proceed to put her grubby little paws all over the tip of the open vape that she wouldn't let me exchange or return. Very gross and unprofessional. Multiple issues now at this store. Will NOT be coming back. Take your money to the literally 1000 other cannabis shops in the area. | ||
