| Zero customer service. The manager was rude, dismissive, and handled a simple conversation with attitude. I mentioned I was going to a friend's house and wanted to pick up something specific because he likes a certain product, and she instantly responded by saying she couldn't sell to me if I was buying for someone else. In Alberta, adults 18+ can legally purchase cannabis from licensed retailers, and adults may share under 30 grams with another adult, so her reaction came off as unnecessarily hostile. A professional employee would have explained the policy politely instead of acting irritated and talking down to a customer. I was also buying for myself, but she made assumptions right away and turned the whole interaction into a bad experience. If this is how management treats people, I won't be coming back.
