11/10 recommend coming here! Joseph was an amazing help and hit the mark tenfold! He's knowledgeable, kind, and efficient with his service and makes you feel like he actually wants to help you, rather than just being paid to do so.
I accidentally purchased a 6" bong for pickup at the wrong location, it was sent this store, chatted online to change locations to the closet store but they couldnt
. came to the store and it was a much better place than the one that I was at the staff is friendly everybody was cool they had a huge selection and carried screens which my other store didn't. But after reading Jake L's review I highly recommended reading my review on the Southwood location a few minutes north. I think this company is a joke they hide behind a distribution company that doesn't have a customer service this is just a terrible setup you got to buy a membership and what a waste of time and waste of money. I do not care how friendly your staff is I care about what you're going to do when things go wrong! everything is a joke and then when you finally get your membership and you buy something it breaks and nobody will do anything about it.
I hate this store, which is unfortunate because it's just down the street from my house and should be a super convenient option for me.
They are frequently closed during their posted business hours, especially on weekends around the time they're supposed to be open. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what… I suspect they hire younger people who have a good time on Saturday night and then can't make it in to open to the store in the morning on Sunday? Not sure, but it's happened to be like 4 or 5 times now. The bare minimum I expect from any business is to open and close on time.
Secondly, their online ordering system is atrocious. You'll select something and make it all the way to check out only to be informed it's not in stock… The ONLY thing you should show people is what is in stock at the location they select, otherwise what is the point? At the very least, list it, but have items marked as "in stock" or "out of stock", don't make people get all the way to check out only to find out what they want isn't available.
Also I've placed an order online before, only to go out HOURS later to pickup and be told it's not ready or they don't have it. One time I was told they didn't have what I ordered, and when I explained I had already paid for it, they told me they couldn't refund me, and I'd have to select something else AND pay a second time. I was eventually refunded for the first order weeks later… What the heck is that??
Overall it's just a hassle to shop ..
i wanted to purchase a quick 1 or maybe 3 pack pre-rolls for the night and so i came to this location at around 11:30pm. i rang the doorbell, they asked for an id check, showed it to him, and came inside. i asked the girl working that shift if she has any suggestions so i can leave quickly, and before she even answered my question, she asked for my id again. i was confused bc how was i able to get inside if u didn't ask for it the first time?? but i brushed it off n i gave it to her again to see. she then recommended some ones then asked what my budget was. i told her like less than $5 because it was just 1 i needed even n her tone alrdy shifted to like "where have u been getting joints that's under $5???" like from u guys too??? they used to offer those and i was jus asking if they still have those deals available, but her tone was condescending and almost rude, i left the store without buying anything. instead of ending my night in a good mood, i left disappointed. it wasn't even about what the budget was, it's the fact that she was unwelcoming from the moment i came inside, and how condescending her tone was when i was asking for service.
