| I hate this store, which is unfortunate because it's just down the street from my house and should be a super convenient option for me. They are frequently closed during their posted business hours, especially on weekends around the time they're supposed to be open. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what… I suspect they hire younger people who have a good time on Saturday night and then can't make it in to open to the store in the morning on Sunday? Not sure, but it's happened to be like 4 or 5 times now. The bare minimum I expect from any business is to open and close on time. Secondly, their online ordering system is atrocious. You'll select something and make it all the way to check out only to be informed it's not in stock… The ONLY thing you should show people is what is in stock at the location they select, otherwise what is the point? At the very least, list it, but have items marked as "in stock" or "out of stock", don't make people get all the way to check out only to find out what they want isn't available. Also I've placed an order online before, only to go out HOURS later to pickup and be told it's not ready or they don't have it. One time I was told they didn't have what I ordered, and when I explained I had already paid for it, they told me they couldn't refund me, and I'd have to select something else AND pay a second time. I was eventually refunded for the first order weeks later… What the heck is that?? Overall it's just a hassle to shop .. | ||
