| I accidentally purchased a 6" bong for pickup at the wrong location, it was sent this store, chatted online to change locations to the closet store but they couldnt . came to the store and it was a much better place than the one that I was at the staff is friendly everybody was cool they had a huge selection and carried screens which my other store didn't. But after reading Jake L's review I highly recommended reading my review on the Southwood location a few minutes north. I think this company is a joke they hide behind a distribution company that doesn't have a customer service this is just a terrible setup you got to buy a membership and what a waste of time and waste of money. I do not care how friendly your staff is I care about what you're going to do when things go wrong! everything is a joke and then when you finally get your membership and you buy something it breaks and nobody will do anything about it. | ||
