amazing staff, great location that is easy to get to, huge selection and great deals. love this place!!!
I haven't stepped foot in an Urban Bud location in six years due to a complete lack of professional courtesy from ownership. After an owner intentionally let a door slam in my face and responded to my frustration with 'if you don't like it, go somewhere else,' I decided to do exactly that. Poor leadership usually reflects the values of a business, and I've chosen to spend my money where customers are respected.
Was called to notify me, the order I placed would be 15 mins late, if that isn't A+ customer service, not sure what is. Extremely great staff, and spot. Would recommend any day.
I go in just to see Josh he is my favorite person in the store...
He is so cute also
