| I haven't stepped foot in an Urban Bud location in six years due to a complete lack of professional courtesy from ownership. After an owner intentionally let a door slam in my face and responded to my frustration with 'if you don't like it, go somewhere else,' I decided to do exactly that. Poor leadership usually reflects the values of a business, and I've chosen to spend my money where customers are respected. | ||
