Was called to notify me, the order I placed would be 15 mins late, if that isn't A+ customer service, not sure what is. Extremely great staff, and spot. Would recommend any day.

Mean, walked by at 11:04 and the shop opens at 11. Was told to come back in 20 mins. While 1 staff worker was just standing behind the counter doing nothing and the other doing inventory. They were abrupt and lost a customer going forward :)

10/10 from all aspects, customer service is what brings me back. Greeted with a smile every time. Have been recommending this place since I moved to Victoria 2 years ago!
