Store is clean and well swept and cleaned when not busy. (This store gets extremely busy, a warning if you are in a rush!)

However, Im growing tired of buying a "Mystery Pal" only to find half a straight cut. They often have loose packing and herb falling out in the tube. The joints for their Two dollar Tuesdays and the like tend to be fairly stemy and crunchy for the price you pay. Thumbs Up and Double Dutchies fluctuate anywhere from 5-7%. You can get a 31% Sativa one week and then 25% the next..
My experience with house brands such as Contraband revealed older packing dates leading back to October, dry shake and "popcorn" like buds. The other products Ive tried like Tweed and Grasslands are some of the lowest value (no pun intended!) Buds Ive seen in quarters and ounces. Id stay away from Contraband or Palmetto. The quality is not worth your dollar.
I want to say nicer things but this is kinda a deal breaker and I do not think I'll be returning to Value Buds. There are non-house brands like Virtue Cannabis, Spinach and Space Race and other popular brands that you can find elsewhere!

A very well stocked store with very considerate and knowledgeable staff. I always have a good experience when i go there which is often. Don't listen too the bad reviews some people just like stirring up drama
Lucas made the experience perfect, especially as someone with less knowledge than most. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and even gave me some pointers that really helped. 10/10
I have not been happy with the service lately and today the new employee they hired sealed the deal. Despite having a queer flag on the window, staff routinely default to gendered language and assumptions, there seems to be no training or consistency, so every time new staff are hired, the cycle repeats. Today I experienced this again — I was called multiple gendered terms despite my identity being unknown to them. During the interaction while I was trying to show my ID , before asking me to take it out of the wallet for better validation, the employee grabbed at my wallet and would not let go until I had to tell them to in a stern way. At this point I was fed up and decided to go spend my money elsewhere, there is many cannabis shops in the area with similar prices anyways.
