| Much better experience this time. (And all around prior to my last review have been great) Nick Personally took the time to discuss my complaints and issues with the conduct of previous employee. I was given excellent service, a generous discount and otherwise a great experience that Nick usually provides. Sam and Doug are also cool people to look out for and chat with, and their knowledge and experience about the product is very useful. | Consistency is the key factor affecting this review. Staff are generally friendly and helpful! Store is clean and well swept and cleaned when not busy. (This store gets extremely busy, a warning if you are in a rush!) --- However, Im growing tired of buying a "Mystery Pal" only to find half a straight cut. They often have loose packing and herb falling out in the tube. The joints for their Two dollar Tuesdays and the like tend to be fairly stemy and crunchy for the price you pay. Thumbs Up and Double Dutchies fluctuate anywhere from 5-7%. You can get a 31% Sativa one week and then 25% the next.. My experience with house brands such as Contraband revealed older packing dates leading back to October, dry shake and "popcorn" like buds. The other products Ive tried like Tweed and Grasslands are some of the lowest value (no pun intended!) Buds Ive seen in quarters and ounces. Id stay away from Contraband or Palmetto. The quality is not worth your dollar. I want to say nicer things but this is kinda a deal breaker and I do not think I'll be returning to Value Buds. There are non-house brands like Virtue Cannabis, Spinach and Space Race and other popular brands that you can find elsewhere! Buy local. | ||
