This innovative vaporizer is designed with a durable, brushed aluminum shell exterior that offers four temperature settings with lip-sensing, motion-sensing, and auto-cooling technologies that self-optimize power and temperature during use. The stainless steel oven uses conduction heating and features 4 temperature settings between 360°F and 420°F. The chamber can hold approximately 0.4 g of dry herb and offers consistent, even heating of your cannabis. The PAX 2 comes with 2 mouthpiece options (raised or flat) and is available in platinum or charcoal colours.

Bought a Pax 3 and have had it replaced twice and now the replacement is not working and PAX customer service is not returning my emails. For being one of the most expensive flower vaporizers their CS is awfull. I have been emailing them for 6 months with not even 1 response. There is also no phone number for them and the numbers that are listed are for Juul. I would avoid PAX products like the Pax 3 and Pax Plus (both of which I have) since they are expensive and recently if they have issues Pax CS will not respond. All my devices (Pax 2 / Pax 3 / Pax Plus / Pax Ear) are under warranty still but I do not have confidence that Pax will support their products. 3/25/25 UPDATE: Turns out that you cannot use an old email thread to communicate with PAX customer service. I opened a new ticket and attached the email chain and PAX support promptly responded and apologized for not communicating with me (even though it was my issue) and promptly sent me a replacement PAX Plus. I am confident that PAX will honor their warranties as they have for me (3) times now.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAX LABS!!!!. Their customer support is 100% incompetent. They are instructed to start off with insulting automated responses. They get a high volume of charger issues, so they added a solution of gently pressing the charger down so the charging pins can connect better. This solution being automated means that they KNOW FOR A FACT that their product is a piece of garbage. THEY KNOWINGLY SELL YOU EXSPENSIVE GARBAGE! I couldn't even get them to send me a replacement charger. They wanted me to pay for a replacement charger. While trying to explain why I shouldn't have to pay for a replacement charger, they got angry cause I kept calling the product garbage. Not the tech support, the product aka charger. At this point I need to mention that the tech support giving you a hard time has never once said their name. Because of that, you can't report them, cause they don't let you speak to a manager unless you call them. However if you're reading this review then you too had do research to get to "pax labs". So at a certain point in the emails it becomes clear that I am now talking to someone else because they credited me a replacement pax plus. Not the charger but a pax plus. Guess what, no charger. Even better they sent me a black pax plus all by itself which looks nothing like the green engraved Pax Plus that I spent $220 plus tax and shipping. This company was bought fairly recently and has gone down hill due to hardware issues, god awful customer ..
I changed this from a 1 to a 5. I actually got some help from a manager and he really turned things around. It was actually nice to be heard. Also it was my first time actually using a warranty on something and he made things right.
I received a pax2 as a present years ago, now it broke and Pax says my serial number doesnt exist. Their support is illiterate and slow, and there's no service without the original box. Who keeps a product box for 5 years?
The absolute worst company to deal with, worse than Comcast. Their warranty is a scam, both the mini and the plus they have now are by far the worst vaporizers on the market. For anyone with a 2 that dies, they will refuse to send you a plus as a replacement and will insist that the mini is equal to the 2. For all intents and purposes the mini basically does not work at all. It works but so badly it might as well not.
