I changed this from a 1 to a 5. I actually got some help from a manager and he really turned things around. It was actually nice to be heard. Also it was my first time actually using a warranty on something and he made things right. | ||

I received a pax2 as a present years ago, now it broke and Pax says my serial number doesnt exist. Their support is illiterate and slow, and there's no service without the original box. Who keeps a product box for 5 years? | ||

The absolute worst company to deal with, worse than Comcast. Their warranty is a scam, both the mini and the plus they have now are by far the worst vaporizers on the market. For anyone with a 2 that dies, they will refuse to send you a plus as a replacement and will insist that the mini is equal to the 2. For all intents and purposes the mini basically does not work at all. It works but so badly it might as well not. | ||

Bought a Pax 3 and have had it replaced twice and now the replacement is not working and PAX customer service is not returning my emails. For being one of the most expensive flower vaporizers their CS is awfull. I have been emailing them for 6 months with not even 1 response. There is also no phone number for them and the numbers that are listed are for Juul. I would avoid PAX products like the Pax 3 and Pax Plus (both of which I have) since they are expensive and recently if they have issues Pax CS will not respond. All my devices (Pax 2 / Pax 3 / Pax Plus / Pax Ear) are under warranty still but I do not have confidence that Pax will support their products. | ||

Bought a product doesn't work. Retailer won't refund says it's warranty issue. I reach out about exchange or refund and just receive generic auto messages that are not help no progress no resolution. I'd recommend just avoiding products all together customer service seems non existent | ||
