DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAX LABS!!!!.
Their customer support is 100% incompetent. They are instructed to start off with insulting automated responses. They get a high volume of charger issues, so they added a solution of gently pressing the charger down so the charging pins can connect better. This solution being automated means that they KNOW FOR A FACT that their product is a piece of garbage. THEY KNOWINGLY SELL YOU EXSPENSIVE GARBAGE! I couldn't even get them to send me a replacement charger. They wanted me to pay for a replacement charger. While trying to explain why I shouldn't have to pay for a replacement charger, they got angry cause I kept calling the product garbage. Not the tech support, the product aka charger. At this point I need to mention that the tech support giving you a hard time has never once said their name. Because of that, you can't report them, cause they don't let you speak to a manager unless you call them. However if you're reading this review then you too had do research to get to "pax labs". So at a certain point in the emails it becomes clear that I am now talking to someone else because they credited me a replacement pax plus. Not the charger but a pax plus. Guess what, no charger. Even better they sent me a black pax plus all by itself which looks nothing like the green engraved Pax Plus that I spent $220 plus tax and shipping. This company was bought fairly recently and has gone down hill due to hardware issues, god awful customer ..
