| I went in today and was met with three catty eye rollin, behind back whisperers. They had no need to discuss privately whether I was ID'd already, as no personal info was involved in asking me this question directly. They were just being impersonal. I don't feel secure shopping there ever again, that was messed up. I have no problem with showing ID, yet this should be made clear by staff before we spend a half hour seeking a product. That's what ticked me off the most. Meanwhile you're all huddling? Was in a different cc store a few days prior, no one asked for ID. No other competitors stores ask older people for ID. Asking the customer to be hypervigilant to your ID signage is unreasonable, especially in that older folks DO NOT READ the ID signage. I worked retail years ago, I would mention it to people as SOON as I ask what they are looking for, otherwise you're showing no respect for other peoples time. This is logical and kind. Sort of like how the LC does it, it's all up front. No cagey discussions and secrecy. Others have competitive deals, but we always remember where they treated us right. Sorry you ladies at this location are having trouble with this, please stop fudging your way past your mistakes-then blame on the customer. Just care more. | ||
